You could try giving yourself 3 tasks to do everyday e.g. hoover, put washing away, clean toilets. That way, you're doing a few bits each day to help you keep on top of things a bit more but not overwhelming yourself trying to do all tasks in one go! I did this when I was super tired in pregnancy, didn't always work but often did and because I wrote 3 things to do on the list, still felt a sense of accomplishment after 😊
