It's saying they've discussed the potential risks posed to your baby by the medication you're on. It's to cover their own asses incase there are any adverse effects on baby, you can't then say they didn't inform you of the risks associated with your medication.

There's a website called BUMP - Best Use of Medicine in Pregnancy which my GP and consultant recommended to me which is really informative! Because I had one GP go hard on the "risks" and scare the life out of me, but my medication is for my mental health and the risks are actually so negligible that it's more beneficial to both me and baby for me to continue on my medication. Might be worth a look for you to put your mind at ease before you speak to them ☺️

I'd take it as there's a risk due to the medication you're on? If they haven't discussed that with you I'd contact them and ask for clarification to see if there is a risk, can it be reduced etc
