@Gabrielle it’s for religious reasons as my husband is Muslim. I had wanted to postpone it after the birth for a few months as I was worried about it but we didn’t know that he’d have to be over 1 years old to get it done

My boys were still newborns in the NICU when they got theirs done but it was super easy and seamless. They can go about normal with peeing as usually and doesn’t get in the way of diaper changes and didn’t have any restrictions with bathing. It fell off without any problems
@C 🤍 ahh I’m glad he’s all healed now 😊 did he definitely have the plastibell ring method and not the surgical method? Because I’ve read that they have to be over a year old as they need to have general anesthetic for it? Are you in the UK or US? Sorry for the questions! 😅 x
