@April Im hearing it’s best to do within the first 6 weeks or before 3 months
Intramed Medical Clinic is the one I used for my son. In my experience the staff were awesome and everything went smoothly. It cost me $500.
@Lindsey how old was your son when you did the circumcision?
He was 4 weeks old.
@April my brother was 3 days old. The younger the better.
Too late now for 7 weeks? Or better now than later? It totally just slipped my mind 😩
@April I honestly think sooner is better then later. I have family members whose parents choose not to and they kept getting infections and decided on their own to do it at 16 and 18 and the pain is much worse then. Better now while they won’t remember. But I also have a girl so what would I know!
The clinic I used, say it routinely performs them for infants up to 4 months. However it is best to contact the clinic you wish to use and see what they recommend.
When do circumcisions usually happen? I totally forgot to bring it up with my doctor -- my boy is now 7 weeks
