It sounds like you’re very dysregulated. Functioning like this for long periods of time can actually do real harm to your body in the long term. Is there no way your toddler could be in nursery whilst you’re working ? Make sure you get adequate time to yourself & do activities and techniques that can help bring your central nervous system back to balance
Yes, it's normal. It's called being overstimulated. Sounds like you could do with a break.

I had the same issue when I was wfh and had to look after my 2 kids. It was overwhelming & non stop, sounds like what you're doing. Juggling everything at once is mentally exhausting which could be why you're irritated. You're doing your absolute best.. But please try to get some you time in as much as you can 🥰 xxx
