Sounds like she is taking in too much air during feeding which is causing reflux. This can be caused by the feeding position, tension, or tongue tie. Try feeding her upright into you

@Jazmin how do i do that? x

@Abi check for tongue tie or feed her upright?

@Jazmin feed her upright

@Abi google breastfeeding koala hold x

@Jazmin thank you

I had this issue too but I couldn’t do the koala as she was just to little and it was uncomfortable, I think the issue for me was the let down was to fast in the beginning of the feed so I was pumping a little bit out before giving her the breast to help her out with the flow, And tried to keep her more upright during the feed. holding her upright for abt 20 min after the feed may help too, if you aren’t already doing that xx
