Wait about 4 hours between tests, holding your urine, and see if that helps go get a positive
Yeah everytime you pee it gets more and more diluted I would wait and take one in the morning

That looks like a positive to me. Not even that fairy, it looks a good thickness and the right colour too. You test since might not have been a long enough hold.
