I’m planning to BF so can’t really help but I do know that Kendamil has been very difficult for people to get hold of, not enough supply for the demand so could be something to bear in mind as you don’t want to be swapping and changing. Maybe check if things have improved on the supply front first if going for that one
Cow & Gate used it with my son to combi feed and no problems and easily accessible. Originally planned to use Aptamil but saw the price difference and thought not they’re pretty much both the same. My SIL use Aldi formula and has no problems another friend uses lidls but I don’t like that they don’t sell pre made bottles as find it so convenient when out x
Does anyone know if we’re able to switch between brands? Or do we have to stick to the same brand throughout? Xx
@Sarah best to stick to one brand as Ingredients vary slightly from brand to brand so can upset little ones tummy (although all formula brands have to meet the same standard and have many of the same Ingredients but this may be in varying quantities or with added vitamins etc). But once baby seems settled on a brand it's best to stick to that that, if baby doesn't get along with a brand it's fine to change :)
I use Kendamil after 5 months of BF. But I’ve been shocked to recently learn what many formulas have in them ☹️ Soya bean oil, fructose syrup/sweetener, heavy metals.. check toxins in children on Instagram x
