I did cottage cheese with her favorite fruit for breakfast for the first time yesterday and she went crazy. I just started by dipping the slices of strawberries into cottage cheese. She loved it.

This is a great time to try out new things you don't usually serve to see if they can make it into her rotation. Try quinoa, cous cous, farro, chick peas, polenta, tofu, olives, cottage cheese, seasonal squash, tuna, sardines, salad. Don't feel like you have to stick to "kid foods" anything you would eat is fair game. She may surprise you!
