Hi Phyllis we have been using gripe water for a week now does help and he has an explosion nappy every night. I didn’t know you could mix it in their bottle though! I’ve been using a bottle to give it to him! So if you can mix it that’s good to know xx
Mine was exactly the same! I give infacol before bottle and it works wonders - like a different baby now!
Sounds like cmpa to me, both my children had it and screamed 95% of the day until all cows milk was removed. Colic and reflux symptoms went over night and stopped throwing up x
Thank you guys! I’ve tried inficol when he was first born sadly did not work for him. I had wondered about CMPA as we been using cow and gate which contains cows milk protein xx
@lauren that’s what we were using before being diagnosed - you want to ask the doctor for ‘pepti 1’ or something similar - it’s a very thin milk so you may still experience throwing up, but you can get a thickener from the doctor too x

😢 hard to see your baby in pain. Is bubs constipated ? Maybe A little bit of Gripe water might help, I would mix a little bit into my babies bottle whenever they needed help if they got constipated, bloated or a little bit of warm water. Sending 🙏🏽 to you & your baby 💟
