Massage
can I get a feet and leg massage that isn’t a pregnancy massage?
I will be 39+3, I did tell the lady I was pregnant (she doesn’t offer pregnancy massages) and explained that I can’t lay on my back so she said she will adapt it for me and make me comfy with lots of cushions etc.
I’m suffering really bad at night with my legs and my feet aren’t really swollen so just thought it would be a nice little treat and maybe get things moving along 😂
Hi! Osteopath and sports massage practitioner here. Just be careful as there is a risk of blood clots in the legs and calves during pregnancy. Usually upper body, neck and shoulders, low back are fine :). Enjoy and good luck with your birth! Ps avoid lying on tummy unless they have a pregnancy pillow and avoid lying on your back but treatment side lying or seated is safe x
