Fishcakes and burger patties are so easy to make and you can make a bulk amount and keep them in thr freezer, just take out in the morning and they're ready by lunchtime for a quick heat then add any veg as sides

I batch cook chilli/spag Bol/butter chicken/daal/green pasta sauce (cauliflower cheese with spinach)/hidden veg tomato sauce (good for pasta or as tomato sauce for pizza). Anything that’s a one pot - do a lovely spinach and tomato orzo with chicken, chicken and ground almond curry, Korean beef stew. A lot of my fave recipes are gousto ones that we’ve adapted to make more baby friendly (low salt stock, no added salt, tone down chilli etc). Lamb pastichio is also great, bit more effort than a one pot but makes loads and freezes well.
