First off, as a 35 year old who only really started living at 28, YOU HAVE AS MUCH LIFE AHEAD AS YOU MAKE! Age really is a state of mind, not saying act like a child but I am definitely not out of my party and dancing days. In fact I do it better and more responsibly than I would have as a broke early 20 something, when I was having my kids, getting an education, starting my career, and playing dutiful wife. That said, you have to make time and find what you love. But you can still have those moments!

You def have not missed the boat. It’s just, we have seasons where we can as a mum go out enjoy night life and seasons we can’t really. Your baby is only 4m and not only that you said baby doesn’t take a bottle. You can either wait until baby sleeps through and doesn’t need a bottle, or wakes up but takes a bottle, for the OH to look after the baby and you go and some gfs and go out for a couple hrs. Or come home just before he wakes if he regularly wakes at 1am every night etc. Maybe wait a couple months, but as a 38yr old who still goes Reggaeton/Latin clubs and salsa and bachata dancing, I see people up to 60yr old there, I can assure you you haven’t missed the boat. I’ve met some mums in the clubs too, that go regularly.
