Dear momma , I know things feel heavy right now, but remember—you don’t have to carry this alone. God has placed people in your life to lift you up when things feel overwhelming. "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity" (Proverbs 17:17). Reach out to someone you trust—a friend, family member, a neighbour or someone at church/community. Let them remind you of God’s love and strength. Prayer: Lord, please wrap Your love and peace around this mum. Remind her she’s not alone, and bring people into her life to uplift and support her.
