First passport

Hi all, has anyone recently applied for a child’s passport and can tell me how long it took? Thank you x

I did my sons online in September took 2 weeks

Very simple to do online and only took just over a week for passport to be sent to us. You’ll need to send in baby birth certificate they’ll post it back to you separately.

Ours arrived within 3 weeks. Super easy

So easy to do and I think it came within a week!x

2 months and its still not here

I applied in May and came back within 2 weeks. X

Did mine online and got mine in about a week

After I submitted the birth certificate And had it verified by a friend my babies took less than a week x

Mine came just under 2 weeks, but I’ve heard it can take longer to arrive during holiday season

I applied in April, and it took a week from sending to it arriving x

Couple of weeks max x

Mine took 3 weeks end to end. Key is to have an approved photo first - I used an app photoaid to guarantee it’ll be approved

About 2 weeks- and we took the photo ourselves and got the “poor” rating when uploaded (same happened with my first child though, it’s automated, it can’t detect the photo is of a baby and the rules are waaay more relaxed for younger children)
