Just keep offering different things. I think I saw that it takes 15 times for them to accept a certain food. It does seem wasteful but it’s just building their confidence and exposure to different foods. Always have a “safe food” (something they like) on the plate so it’s not too overwhelming. ❤️ I’m battling a fussy baby too but even if he tries it I’m happy!
My boy obsessed with chicken soup purees ( chicken potato tomato carrot and bit of celery blended together) and eat only that for week 😔 I slowly put it like 70-30 with something else like potato, spinach And move to 50-50 Slow transition from familiar taste to something else It work for us, hope it help
