Gd or preeclampsia

To preface I had neither in my other pregnancies. This is my fourth. Obviously this is my first concern for my upcoming appointment. I’m having blurred vision in one eye and headaches almost all day everyday and it seems extreme fatigue the last twoish weeks. Does anyone know if this leans more towards gestational diabetes or preeclampsia? Obviously I need further testing…everything came back really well at my 12week appointment with my first labs. Almost immediately following the appointment the headaches showed up and then over the last two weeks the rest of the symptoms…also I took my bp just now and it was 151/95 I usually sit at 100/69ish. But idk if that’s just cause I’m worried or if my bp cuff is inaccurate….):
