I lost almost all of my muscle in my butt and thighs my first pregnancy, it honestly disgusted me how scrawny my legs were after birth lol I made sure to eat enough protein and stay consistent with working out my second pregnancy I didn't lose much muscle or definition at all. After birth it only took a few months of getting back into lifting and eating right to gain it back well
Hey yep, can relate. I carried on weight training to 38 weeks pregnant. Went back to it 4 weeks pp and building up again x
Thanks all 🥰 It just feels annoying losing all my hard work, but I have to remember I'm growing my baby. Just gotta' treat this pregnancy as a bulk 😂 x
