Healthy breakfast finger foods?

My 7 month old refuses to be spoonfed but he can't use it himself so I can only give him solid finger foods. I was trying to give him porridge cause its healthy but I can only spoon it to him. I've done omelette fingers and toast but that's not healthy to have every day

Homemade vegan blueberry pancakes- I put flax seed in mine. 1 banana mashed Few spoons of flour Soy milk Vanilla essence Cinnamon Blueberries I kinda eye the measurements. It should be a pancake consistency, thick but not too thick.

Porridge fingers - give it a google, there’s lots of different recipes out there, but basically oats and milk, then any add ins you like, and microwave or bake.

THE EASIEST HEALTHY BREAKFAST CAKE! Ingredients • 1 ripe banana • 200g of self-raising flour • 1 teaspoon of baking powder • 180g of milk of your choice (I used oat milk) • 3 eggs • Toppings of choice: I used fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries * I also added some oats and Chia seeds to mine. Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease the over dish - I used coconut oil. 2. In a bowl mash banana with a fork. 3. Add all the remaining ingredients (apart from the toppings) and mix well. 4. Add to dish and top with your favorite toppings. 5. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. 6. Slice and serve. * I also dipped the slices in plain Greek Yoghurt. ❄️ Can be frozen for up to 3 months. To defrost, leave in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for a few hours.

• Banana pancakes • Omelettes are also a great options if you just shred into small piece, you can add whatever you want to it too. • toast and fruit are great fingers food. Again shred the toast into small pieces and easy to chew fruits for littles like raspberries are great!

I second googling porridge fingers, my daughter is nearly 5 and she still has them!

My LG also refuses to be spoon-fed. We BLW but I want her to get used to more runny consistencies which he hasn't liked in the past. Recently I've started to give her some porridge and some fruit to dip into it. So apple/pear etc and she's tasting and eating a little of the porridge. After 2 weeks of this today was the first day she let me feed her some porridge! So hang in there and keep trying x

Omelettes, avocado (either on toasted or on its own) scrambled eggs, blueberry/banana pancakes

Banana pancakes 1 banana 2 eggs Cinnamon Fruit of choice Tastes amazing. So simple. You don’t need any extra stuff like flour and such. Mash banana, add eggs, use a 1/4 cup to put in pan. Cook. Cut into proper sizes for age.
