Cow milk
Hi i see lot of posts about cow milk or formula as a bedtime milk before bed , my Lg still dependent on breast milk and she doesn't drink cow milk or formula as a bedtime milk ( i used to give her formula when she was little once or twice a day) now she doesn't drink anymore formula and i heard at 14.month age we should not use formula and milk bottles , just wondering how everyone else are getting it on it

I breastfed my 1st born until 19 months of age (she never had any other form of milk during this time). After I decided to stop breastfeeding she would just have bit of cows milk in a cup before bed if she wanted it. If not I didn’t stress as she had cows milk in cereal and meals etc x

You dont have to give cows milk. If bf is working for you, i would just carry on with it. You dont have to stop bf or replace it with cows milk x
