I started off with mashed veg with baby milk and also veg as finger food (steamed so it’s soft) I also follow Ella’s kitchen and use their pouches sometimes which are great! You can sign up online for free and they send you a chart and vouchers! I do still make food but sometimes it’s easier to give a pouch now and then and I give him snacks on the side sometimes too! X
Same as above, started off with mashed pureed veg then moved to textures and fruits, baby rice porridge oats
Started with puréed veg and now in full swing of BLW and my anxiety is through the roof every time she eats as she likes to shove everything in, in one 🙈x
My babies had pureed vegetables and then I did fruit and then I mixed ones she liked together. I've not done BLW, I'm finding weaning anxiety filled without adding a new level to it. I might actually give myself a heart attack because I already have chest pains from the anxiety
Vegetables are a great first food, steam and puree or give as finger foods, things like broccoli, courgette, carrot, parsnip etc we started with single veg for a week or 2 now he eats all sorts as many new flavors and textures is great for them at this stage
