Nappy
My 12 week old for the last few days has had v bad smelling nappies and looser poos (sorry not a nice post) - it has smelt a little fishy, but she is only doing 1 of these a day so it’s not diahorrea. Any one else had this? 🙈 worried it may be a tummy bug!

It’s most likely a stomach bug, if baby seems okay then I wouldn’t worry yourself too much but you can always contact your gp if you’re worried and they’ll check them over for you x
