Why is my baby angry when he eats?

My one month old has a really good latch and typically eats pretty well. Occasionally when I try to feed him, he seems really angry. He'll latch for like 5 seconds then let go and start crying and thrashing around. I would try a couple times, and if he couldn't settle down I'd try burping him or I would assume he wasn't hungry and needed something else. Does it mean anything when they do this?
