Permanent thing to be a nanny but I don’t feel like she needs to live with us to be a nanny or am I pushing it & should be grateful & we’re really close like bestfriend type but she’s also irritating at times
For me this would only be an option if she has like an in law suite. While it’s super helpful (if they respect your rules) I want my space and not having to worry about her coming in whenever
For how long? How’s your relationship with her?
