How much cows milk or formula is everyone giving there 1 year olds? Because I have stopped the milk as advised by my HV.

Cup of cows milk as a drink with breakfast 4oz Bottle of cows milk before bed. Water & food only during the day.
Average of 10oz of milk to drink and then he has some yogurt and cheese through the day too x
My boy just has an 8oz of milk a day now , mainly before bed at night. He eats so well so he doesn't need milk
