Increment
Hi,
I’m due to go on Mat leave soon.
I’m due my next increment 2 month before I start my mat leave.
Will my maternity pay be adjusted to reflect the increment? Or will I not get paid the increment as I wasn’t earning that during the qualifying period?

As far as I am aware you’ll get paid your average for the qualifying weeks and your increment will be started when you go back off mat leave. This is what happened to me last mat leave x
I have been told I will get paid according to my increment when it comes in January!
