Anyone have PCOS and was able to get pregnant?

I’ve completely skipped my period but getting negative pregnancy tests (early result). Is it possible I’m pregnant? I know it’s common to have irregular periods, but I’ve been taking letrozole that past 2 months to induce ovulation. And I know I ovulated last month cuz I took an ovulation test. I’m just confused and could use some reassurance or explanations! Thx!

@Rebecca so I’m likely not pregnant just irregular period?

Women get pregnant all the time with pcos. Definitely possible!

@CarolAnn thanks!

Hey just so you know, coming from experience with taking meds to encourage ovulation and getting positive ovulation tests- those tests are only showing a positive LH surge. For me my body tried so hard and had a very large LH surge and I still didn't ovulate (confirmed testing on day 21), the Lh surge is what helps make your body drop an egg, but for me at least, it wasn't enough. I've had 3 pregnancies and had to be on clomid for 2 of them, it took 3 cycles to work. For this 3rd one (32 wks now) I decided to try fertility support supplements from pink stork (Amazon) and maca root. And look at me now. At least read the reviews for the pink stork, there are MANY comments from women who use it for their PCOS. I wouldn't say I have PCOS, but I'm an anovulator, and have a genetic disposition to PCOS and have suffered from ovarian cysts- so not saying I have it, but I may have it as well 🤷‍♀️
