Toddler back pain

Hi, I have a 3 year old who has been complaining of back pain for a few months now. I initially attributed it to constipation and growing pains but the pain seems to have intensified in the last month. I took her to her pediatrician because I suspected a UTI and it came back negative. Now I’m worried because she has been waking up screaming and crying in pain and asking for medicine. She is usually a heavy sleeper and never wants medicine so both of these behaviors are alarming to me. I took her to the children’s ER and they were a waste of time. I had to fight for them to even do x rays (back and stomach) all of which were clear. I don’t know what to do from here or what I should request at this point. Does anyone else have a similar experience or any recommendations? Thank you

I believe if kidney issues that would be back pain if I recall. Though not sure what all the xray would have caught for that kind of thing. Could you do thermal scanning? Or like… bio feed? Both more natural alternatives to give you a direction of the source of the problem per se. Idk. My biggest concern would def be kidney. Hate that doctors have brushed this off. Keep at it mama. Trust your gut. Maybe finding a naturopathic doctor would help. But I would error on the side of caution with the amount of time this has been an issue.

I don’t have advice but I pray that your baby gets better 🥺🤍🙏🏻

Has her sleep mattress or sleep position changed in the past few months? Does she carry a backpack more than 20% of her weight? Has she recently been in gymnastics? Maybe she needs to see a spine specialist? Prayed for healing & answers as well!
