It’s only on his neck at the moment. He is off his food, irritable and has a temperature of left without medicine.

Could be a reaction to something
If it moves to his chest and has cold symptoms, my guess would be on strep throat and scarlet fever rash. But there are many viruses going around, so it can be so many things.
Looks more like chickenpox to me. Do your doctors have a service where you can send this photo in and they can tell you/get him in for an appointment?
Thank you so much lovely ladies! I took him to the pharmacy and the pharmacist wasn’t sure and advised making an appointment to see our doctor. We have an appointment at 5pm today.
It’s Scarlett fever girls. So glad I took him to the docs as he’s on antibiotics now

It's very hard to say. My kids just got it , 1 of 4 only had tempreture and it was only around moth for 2 and 2 had small spots in the mouth 🤷♀️ it's better to get seen by doctor so he can tell 🙂
