Grey poop

✨poop pic in comments✨ Hi guys, waiting to see the pediatricians but I wanted to check with other mamas. My girl is 4 months, and her last diapers looked like this (3 days is a row). We just changed her milk and she had her vaccine last week. Is it normal? It’s dark green, grey.. i am worried she might not be okay 😢
