WFH experience

My mat leave will end in Jan, when my baby will be around 5-6 months. My coworkers were telling me I will need to send my LO to daycare or get a nanny, but I was really hoping to manage it myself. Anyone have the experience of working fully remote and watching their LO? How do you manage? How about during the meetings?

I wfh with my baby for over a year and a half there will be good days and bad days but during meetings I’d put on ms Rachel or hey bear with some snacks and she was fine but it got a littler harder as she got older cause she would want to say hi to whoever i was in a meeting with

I registered her to partial day care so I will have the option to put her there some of the days

Wfh means that you are actually working, not handling a baby also. Would you take babe to the office? It should be no different. Now if your work isn't as deadline based and you can take breaks, shift your work schedule etc then have at it. I would try to get someone to help at meeting times tho because ...that's is the perfect time for baby to fuss.
