Following thread as got second ones booked soon . x

Following as my LG is next week 😩

Had his this morning at 8:45 and so far he’s been awake about 1 hour all day. Really sleepy and unsettled. Will dream feed though

My LG had hers yesterday, not as sleepy as I expected but certainly hasn’t fed as much as normal but she was the same with the rota virus drops last time. No where near as sleepy as the 8 weeks though. I can imagine the drops make their little tummy’s really sensitive and you know what it’s like when your stomachs not 100%.

Had our second lot yesterday as well and she had slept most of the day and cried when she has been awake and not feeding. She is wide awake now though and just wants to eat constantly now x

My little boys had two sets of his jabs now and he was the same both times. Extremely sleepy for around 3 days but I just went with the flow each day and whatever he wanted. Are you able to dream feed? Made life easier for my little one, all I had to do was hold him in the feeding position and he fed like normal x

Had ours yesterday and had the sleepiest baby all day. Been ok until 5pm and then we’ve spent the last 4 hours screaming, will go to sleep after 15 mins or so then wakes up 15 mins later crying and won’t settle. Hate not being able to help or not knowing what’s bothering her. Only had 60ml of the last bottle so is defo feeling under the weather

@Gee🧸 what is dream feeding? I’ve never used or done this before x

@Paige-Louise oh it’s amazing! I mainly use a dream feed on a night time or when I’m feeling particularly full. Once they’re fast asleep you can gently bring them for a feed without waking them. Even burping afterwards doesn’t wake my little one, at least then when they’re napping your not disturbing them enough to wake them but you know your getting something in their tummy x For me I put him to sleep around 8pm-8:30pm. Then when I go up to bed around 10:30pm/11pm I offer a dream feed. I gently pick him up and place him in the feeding position (he’s breastfed) and his mouth just drops open and feeds like he normally would, then after a burp he goes straight back down. Gives me a much longer stretch of sleep before he wakes for a change and a feed in the early hours. I was worried at first about doing it especially waking him but now is a nightly routine for me x
