Help with nursery settling
Hiya I am having a meeting with my sons nursery to try and work together to help my baby settle, it’s been 10 weeks and he’s made very little progress and I’m getting many phone calls from them when I’m at work. Did anyone’s nursery do anything or suggest any good ideas which have helped your little one settle? I want to try and put some ideas to them, although I assume he won’t be the first baby like this to have come through their door!!

How many days is your little one going to nursery? My baby toon a really long time to settle too, we even changed nursery. But then we moved from 3 days a week to 5 days a week and all of the sudden she is having a lot of fun there! I am not sure if it is the change or it has been long enough for her to get used to nursery setting

My little boy only goes one day a week and has been off ill too so it took a while for him to settle in. They suggested packing a t-shirt I'd worn. I didn't actually do it but he took a teddy instead. They also changed his keyworker. There was nothing against the first one he just bonded with the new one and the last 2 weeks hasn't cried on either drop off or pick up. Hope your little one settles in soon.
