Would you be pissed?

My man will absolutely house anything you being into the house— he ate nearly all of our sons chocolate from halloween. So I bought more to replace it for our son, he then ate all of that. I got extremely frustrated, bought another bag and then hid it from him. Yesterday, I buy xmas cookies to bake with my son. Y’all… this man ate all 24 before dark. I am so pissed. I asked why he didn’t think to leave any for anyone, you know what he said “they’re gross”

Not my partner but my step dad. The solution was creating a special NONDAD cabinet for snacks & separate shelf or drawer in the fridge. A lot of men are super out of sight of of mind type of dudes

That’s so disrespectful……and the fact that he doesn’t seem to care either??? That’s messed up. A man child if you ask me….

Get something you can lock 🤣 I’d be pissed because it’s just disrespectful

buy a snack locker box! it’s like a safe you can keep in the fridge too and only you can know the combination to unlock it

they look like this! sorry but if your husband isn’t listening to you and is gonna continue hogging snacks especially from your child i don’t see why you shouldn’t go to extreme measures ! >_<

I’d start making him replace anything he eats all of that wasn’t meant for him. Or a special snack cupboard with a lock x

How’s his health? 😂 jk. Ya that’s inconsiderate

I would be pissed. My husband eats the snacks I bring home for my son but he doesn’t eat it all and that still annoys the hell out of me. If he ate ALL of any of my son’s snack, I would be really pissed off actually bc there are only certain snacks my son can have as a toddler. As a grown man, you can have whatever snack you want and go get it whenever you want so there’s no reason to eat ALL of the snack from my kid. Plus I do all the grocery shopping 😡

It sounds like he binges, which can be a really difficult relationship with food.

I would be making some prank cookies.

@𝔾𝕚𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕖 definitely another valid option! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9gtvSKX2S-k

I meant to hit yes

Gluttonous people piss me off in general, so yessss that would make me mad.

My partner will eat anything sweet in the house but he always replaces it. I would be really pissed if he ate ALL of something and didn't even care enough to replace it. If he eats even half a pack of my or LOs snacks he will buy a whole new one to make up for it. Honestly think that's so disrespectful and so thoughtless towards your son. I'd be having many words lol

I’d be so pissed. Hell, even when I bake stuff specifically for my husband because I don’t like it, he makes sure to save at least one of whatever it is for me at the end so I have one last chance to try it in case, and 1-2 for our toddler (even though he shares a bunch with her while he eats anyway).

@Carlene Langley Same 😅 thankfully my husband doesn’t do this

@Audrey id be peeved after replacing the Halloween candy and him going thru it again so I’d have probably lost my cool over the cookies. My husband isn’t a big snack eater so me neither luckily

Literally taking candy from a baby 😢 he needs to go out immediately to replace it

Stole candy from his own baby twice?! Then ate 24 whole cookies? That’s farm animal behaviour right there 🙃

I grew up with family members like that and it messed with my head so badly I’m still dealing with it to this day. Thank god my husband understands enough to NOT eat something when I tell him to or I’d most likely end up strangling him.

Tbh fuck gettin him his own snacks. He’s a grown ass man. I’d lil boy him so bad for being that inconsiderate.

I accidentally clicked Nah but I’d definitely be pissed! 😤

If you have to hide food in a locked cabinet or else he’ll raid it like a raccoon, that’s pretty bad

I'd pull a rapunzel especially about that candy thing. Halloween bucket plus 2 bags? Nahhh, where's that frying pan at? He can dream of candy (I'm jk promise 😂)

Went through something similar as my husband used to do this, because he had a very deprived childhood… like no treats, snacks, celebrations nothing… we’re 10 years on now and he’s a hundred times better, but the beginning was really rough!

@Heather same

I would make some laxative brownies 😂😂🤦‍♀️and just put them in place where you know he will look 😄

Not worth my time getting mad. I'd get even. You want cookies here eat these over salted cookies. You want chocolate... Fine, but I melted some ghost chill in it... Try me! Don't waste time getting mad. Teach him a lesson somehow. 😈

My husband has a sweet tooth, if there's no sweets in the house he'll sneak a pinch of plain brown sugar in the middle of the night and not remember doing it 😅 His dad is the same way, I think its something physical with them.

Is he undiagnosed diabetic? Geezus!

I also have a bottomless pit as a husband and I buy double anything at this point. He doesn’t finish everything but he gets close to it. Its already part of the budget at this point and he never complained 😅

Selfish behavior.
