I love it did you free hand or is it from a pattern? I'm currently obsessed with crocheting themed jellyfish my little boy loves the tentacles 🥰

3 so far did a frankenstein one for halloween and a candy cane and christmas pud for Christmas he loves them. I need to try and so some free hand really I've only ever used patterns xx

May have to give the Xmas pud jellyfish a go if you don’t mind 😅 have you got a picture of the Frankenstein one? have you ever attempted free hand? 90% of what I’ve done has been free hand but it’s been so frustrating! Did an order for 4 stitch characters free hand because I couldn’t find any patterns I liked 😅 x

Aw thanks I do have a pic of them all il pop them on here now and of course I don't mind ☺️ I've never attempted free hand but definitely very interested I have tweaked patterns to suit my preferred way of doing certain bits but never fully free handed. X

@Becky Mitchell they’re insane! Well done! Free hand can be very tricky but if you use the basics like making balls and chains to start off with it’s as simple as eyeing up the proportions to make a whole piece, I’d definitely suggest writing down what you do as you go though 😂 I can’t remember half of what I’ve don’t because I don’t write things down 😅 the only one I have written was the last one that was a Christmas mouse because I thought I’d make more but just haven’t gotten round to it 😂 x
