omg i was literally thinking about this yesterday as all i’m doing is eating sweet ms and want to snack on something better. i was thinking of buying lots of fruit and making a big bowl of fruit salad and put portions into tupperware and just having a portion a night. easy way to get my 5-a day in all at once! 🤣
I'm on oat biscuits.... I tell myself that because they are gluten free and made it oats it's ok because oats help with lactation 🫣😂

I have a tupperware with a range of options by the bed, flapjacks, cereal bars, biscuits, raisins, chopped carrots,apples and cucumbers
Same - I have a basket on my bedside table for this reason…. Mini cheddars, graze flapjacks, Freddo’s and chashew nuts at the moment!
