Midwife appointment
Hi,
I’m due on 9th June and have just had my first midwife appointment come through for 7th March which would make me 27 weeks 🤯 I’m considered high risk and just wondered if this was normal as seems like forever away?

Your booking appointment should be between 8 and 11 weeks, so I would call them. That letter could be for something else I guess, maybe they can tell you what it's for
I have had my booking appointment but this was just scheduled in as midwife appointment x
Booking appointment is your first midwife appointment, next one should be at 16 weeks. The March appointment could potentially be a consultant appointment that’s been sent through with the wrong name? Definitely give them a call and they should be able to work it out for you x

Definitely not right. I’m due the 15th June and had my booking appointment last week and have my 12 week scan the first week of December, an appointment with the consultant and pre term birth team mid December and another midwife appointment the 2nd January. I’d phone and double check, probably just an error when inputting your details x
