Ng tube issues

Hi my 8mo is tube fed and nil by mouth, he is constantly pulling out his tube 2-3 times a day and i am trained to place it again but obviously struggle to when my partners at work, we are in the uk and ive found the tapes to stick it down are useless, any recommendations?
