Smelly farts
My Little one (4 weeks old) is on kendamil and every since we put him on it (due to aptamil making him sick) he’s had really smelly farts, is this due to the milk he’s on? Or an intolerant?

Same here. My midwife said that they poo more than they would on other formula on kendamil. As mine was on Aptamil at first
Kendamil Is whole milk and other formulas are often semi skimmed, I always assumed this had an effect on poops!
My twins they drink kendamil and the farts don’t smell. Only when they start solids
