Cleaning

My house is always clean, but as you know my clean and someone else’s clean may not always be the same. My future mother in law asked me to do a deep clean on her house before Thanksgiving. I’m shitting bricks. She wants woodwork , dusting, bathroom, etc. the whole nine yards. Just the downstairs. Does anyone have any fool proof cleaning methods? Anyone here a cleaner that can give tips? I want to do this right, but I’m scared it won’t be good. Also- what do you look for cleanliness wise when you walk into someone’s house? For me it’s the floors. Her it’s the woodwork which I don’t have the eye for.
