I personally avoid dairy as much as possible, so for milk I trust Oatly, alpro oat or Mighty Mighty do protein powders and Oatly do other products such as custard, yogurt, whipping/double cream alternative and ice cream I hope those help 💜

Tesco have a good dairy free section. My first and then twins are all cmpa, my cuppa for tea and oat for coffee, I also use the vegan galaxy hot chocolate to make a mocha 🙈 Nomo is good choc and cadburys almond choc is nice.. Philadelphia do a nice cheese for toast/bagels etc, flora do plant based butter to x

For milk I recommend switching to almond- I usually get the Tesco’s cartons. For cheese the best one I’ve found is the cathedral city vegan cheese. I also second the comment above- Nomo chocolate is lovely! 😊
