Protein

Baby girl is quite good with veges and carbs but we're struggling with protein! Egg has been my go to but she seems to have gone off it a bit now. I've tried different meats and fish but she struggles and doesn't tend to eat anything. What protein sources are you giving baby and how are you serving it?

Lentils and pulses. Nuts- blitzed and sprinkled on yogurt, toast or mixed into food

Baked Beans yoghurt cheese cottage cheese lentils

Strawberry yogurt

Same here, mine hates meat fish and eggs she is a carb, fruit and yoghurt queen
