Weight loss
Initially, my weight was about 175 lbs. You wouldn't guess that I weigh that much just by looking at me; I have a natural 360 BBL body shape, meaning I carry more weight on my lower body and have a small waist, standing at about 5'4". Fast forward to having two kids, and I'm now at 208 lbs. I don't look bad based on my body type, but I'm struggling with some confidence issues with gaining belly fat. My highest weight was 240 lbs during my pregnancy, and I got stuck at 222 lbs. I fight this weight because I don't like how I look in some of my date night pictures, even though I receive plenty of compliments.
I want to make a change and have tried hard to reach 195 lbs, but I can't seem to maintain that weight for long. I've been stuck between 200 lbs and 209 lbs. Here’s my question: Should I focus on losing weight now, or wait until after my last baby? We just decided to have another child and I'm on prenatal vitamins after removing my paragrad .I apologize for the rant, but I need some advice!
I would weight to really buckle down on it until after your last baby. Of course eat healthy and work out still and if weight comes off, awesome! but i wouldn’t focus on it if you’re going to be trying for a baby (:
