Moving trusts doesn’t affect pay points or continuity of service (as long as you don’t have more than a week unpaid break between starting the new role)

@Amy this is my understanding too, meant I finished one job in a Friday and started my current one the following Monday (would have loved to have had a little break to enjoy but was TTC and didn’t want to risk not getting the full mat leave pay)
I am 4-5 weeks pregnant only, but considering how things are, I will probably be moving into the new job by February the earliest.
