Nursery issues again

Do anyone have this accidents in nurserys. I mean my son's fingers was left today middle door and accident happened? Is this just normal accident in nursery or? I been working in nursery in my life but didn't see like this..Also have before this many issues in nursery. Give so much sweets there to my son. Regular many biscuits etc. find lollipops and sweets in bag..ok I understand someone maybe had birthday so they are in the bag but this snack time so many biscuits..one boy in nursery hit/pushing/slapping everyone they just dont know how to short out this things and now my son do this copy everything. My son been in doctor already because belly issues after this all. I'm just tired so many issues now.. just doesn't feel right after all big accident happens..and they didn't even call me and last week they call me straight away when he been just crying for while even he wasn't sick or anything. Many times I have to take toy from my son hand because even manager doesn't know how to do that..no word. Any advice what to do?
