Me too.. really struggling with emotional eating and binging, cannot regulate it... So following as well! I've tried all possible psychological approaches, meal planning, removing restrictions - doesn't work...
I mean you gotta want it bad enough and it won’t even be a fight! My need to look good after kids keep me motivated! Gotta find some motivation!
