I have. My baby is strictly breastfed as well. I usually do bike legs, frog legs, and I do the “I love you” on his tummy. That one usually get the things going, and if not, I’ll drink something that has probiotics and even if it’ll go through me, it goes through him also to help him get it all out. If you don’t mind getting an upset stomach possibly, I would do it to help get your baby regulated. But as they get older and continue breastfeeding, they actually don’t poop as often as they used to. Sometimes once a day or every other day becomes normal. But since your daughter seems to be having pain from it, try all the tricks to get gas out and then try something with probiotics and then feed her after it so it’ll pass to her in your milk.
When you say small stools what do you mean are they hard or still soft? Breastfed babies can go a while without a bowel movement so isn’t usually a sign of constipation. If your baby has a very hard tummy when they are relaxed (not tensing their abdomen) then this is the best indicator that they are constipated, if that’s the case I would visit your GP to have them check her over. If she is pulling her legs up she is probably very gassy. My daughter needed frequent tummy massages to help her as she wasn’t great at burping. Try some tummy massages to help release some gas, have a look on YouTube there are some great ones of there xx
