Bone broth

Hi!! Does anyone know if we’re allowed to give babies bone broth? I know it’s great health benefits for adults and looking for a stock to heat chicken and food previously frozen. My HV suggested using gravy but unsure of the salt content. My son is nearly 8 months old. Thanks in advance

Yes! It's one of the best first "foods"

Thanks all, great to hear. I know I won’t have the time or space to make my own. Does anyone use shop bought and do you think it’s just as good?

@Erin It depends on the salt content! You might be better off making your own? Maybe a big batch which you can then freeze too? It's fine for 12m in the freezer.

@Erin i buy from a butcher shop!
