Feeling bad about my body. Help!
I have been on a heath journey for over a year and successfully lost 30 lbs. I recently fell off/ stopped working out often and tracking for a few weeks and gained like 15 lbs. I felt like we weren’t going to conceive if I was in a calorie deficit, so I also kinda willingly stopped. Anyway… Then we found out I’m pregnant (5wks now) and I obviously am not going to diet. I feel so awful with this extra 15 lbs my pants aren’t fitting as well. Also my boobs are so big none of my bras fit. I know my body is going to change so much more and I feel like I’m really going to struggle with this. Any tips?
Start exercising again. Make sure you are getting your protein and veggies. The pregnancy body change is real! Do what you can to feel your best but know things get big and bigger fast when you are pregnant and that is okay!
