Advice on cooking temp / times

So no judgement pls as I used to cook my veg and salmon pre baby seperately but thought would bake together to get the fish juices in the veggies. Does anyone know what temp and how long to make sure veggies are soft enough but salmon not overcooked? Hoping I can give veggies as finger food and the salmon also in chunks. Or will mash the salmon a bit into mashed avocado and maybe some yoghurt Babies 10 months

Fish normally takes around 160 degrees Celsius in my airfryee to cook in twelve-15 mins idk about normal ovens but I assume a bit longer time would be needed unless u preheat I’d check it in 15-20 mins to ensure on 160 (so maybe a similar temp? But longer time?) Just keep checking the veg

You’re not making a big piece for yourself and breaking it off for the baby? That’s very small compared to what I cook (and I used to break some off for the baby) but that should only take 10-12mins at 200C/400F. Keep it closed for another 5-10 mins not only to cool down but it’ll continue to cook inside the foil, I don’t like my salmon overcooked I like it still pink in the middle but leaving it closed for another 10 will cool it down and cook it further (we open ours in only 3-5min) so yeah for a small piece like that I would say 10-12mins on 200C-400F. For my huge piece I do longer time but lower temp

@Kellie lost appetite since baby life (tiredness/stress). Used love food/cooking before but struggle eat anything these days most time. Just us no partner to cook with, so just cook for her which feels like such an effort when no desire to cook 🥱 On protein shakes to try get something inside me til appetite comes back then maybe will enjoy cooking again someday soon. So that portion size was just for her, dogs get leftovers 😅🤣 Same I used hate salmon overcooked. Did the oven and let it steam inside foil for while and came out okay 🤞🏻veggies needed a bit longer in microwave. Think might invest in air fryer/steamer all in one thing. Don’t usually shove everything in one tray that may take different timings to cook so was unsure 🙈
